Acadia National Park
Living in Maine for four years while attending Colby College, I never made it up to Acadia National Park as often as I had hoped. Despite its somewhat isolated location, Acadia is the second-most visited park in the country. After spending so much time out west recently, it was almost shocking to see such rich greens and blues so prominently displayed in the landscape. The deep colors evoke the unique mix of pine and saltwater that hangs in the air.
